Recently an area fitness facility opted to open their doors in defiance of state mandated guidelines. Please know that while I have trained at this facility in the past I am no longer associated in any way with this company. Unfortunately, although I discontinued my contract with them prior to the Covid 19 restrictions, they have not yet removed me from their website which lists me as one of the trainers working through their facility. Whatever your personal beliefs are regarding this situation please know that my first priority is always the safety of my clients. I do not support their decision and am currently training my clients remotely to ensure their continued safety. Be safe!
