🥒It’s refreshing, contains only “whole” foods, and it’s super flavorful. Also, the cucumber is a nice change of pace from celery and carrot sticks.
Cucumbers & Hummus
(serves 1)
1 medium cucumber
2 Tbsp hummus – your favorite flavor
Peel the cucumber and cut it into spears. Place the hummus in a small bowl.
To eat: dip the cucumber into the hummus and enjoy!
