Don’t give up! We all go through peaks and valleys, tough times and easy times.
The most important factor is consistency. As long as you stay true to your plan (even if you stray for a day or two) you will see success.
Remember, it might take longer than you think it will, but stick with your plan!
Fad diets and 30 day transformations are out there, but in order to be sustainable, your plan has to be something you can follow consistently over the course of time.
