Monday Quick Tip: Safely store leftovers!

⚡To avoid exposure to the toxins BPA, BPS and BPF, use glass containers to store your leftovers whenever possible.

~ You don’t have to break the bank doing this – you can buy a couple containers at a time at discount stores for just a few dollars and they’ll last forever.

~ If you must use plastic, use containers labeled “4” and steer clear of those labeled “7.” Many experts also recommend that you NOT reuse plastic containers labeled “1” or “2.” (Be sure to recycle!)

~ Be sure to label your leftovers with the date! And while you’re at it, the next time you buy dried herbs or spices, label the date on those, too. That way you will have an easy way to track when they’re out of date.

Ready to ditch the treadmill and try something new to shed pounds? I’m putting together a brand-new program starting Nov. 1, 2019. This is specifically for women 35-55 who are ready to lose fat, get strong & build confidence in the next 60 days. It’s a remote program so you can join from anywhere in the world.

I’m looking for 10 people to test it out at a HUGE DISCOUNT, help me work out the kinks, and get amazing results that I can use as a case study. If that’s you, message me with ‘tell me more’ below and I’ll share details about this exciting program.
